- Most recent report card (K–8 students)

- Medical history (allergies, chronic conditions, medications)
- Emergency contact information (name, relationship, phone number)

V. Technology Requirements
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer or tablet with camera and microphone
- Access to CHAA’s online learning platform
VI. Program Selection
- Fully online program
- Hybrid program (3 days online / 2 days on campus)
- Participation in Port Gibson Learning Center afterschool program (3PM – 7PM daily)
- Project Management Training

After reviewing the documents, eligible candidates complete an interview with CHAA staff.
If you do not pass, you may re-interview after two weeks with guidance from our admissions team.
