Executive Director
Dr. Dhruba Paudel
MBBS,MD,PhD
Dedicated to advancing education and creating opportunities that connect students to the wider world, Dr. Dhruba Paudel has built a career at the intersection of medicine, leadership, and international program development. His journey began in Nepal, where he completed his early studies before moving to China to pursue higher education. After learning the language and culture, he earned his MBBS from Zhengzhou University, followed by a Master’s in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University, and later a Ph.D. in the same field from Tongji University in Shanghai. His clinical training in leading hospitals in Kathmandu gave him first hand insight into the importance of discipline, compassion, and service in shaping young professionals.
Over the past two decades, Dr. Paudel has taken those values into higher education, helping universities in China and beyond open their doors to students from around the globe. As an international program director, he has worked with institutions such as Xiamen University, Harbin Medical University, Guizhou Medical University, and Shandong First Medical University, designing pathways for international enrollment, building exchange programs, and guiding faculty development. He has also co-founded Chitwan Medical College in Nepal and contributed to the International Engineering Program at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, ensuring students have access to education that meets global standards.
His leadership extends beyond the classroom. As Chairman of Times Education and Business Associates and Paudel Education and Management Group, Dr. Paudel has championed initiatives that unite education, research, and community engagement. His published research in gynecologic oncology has earned international recognition, and his achievements have been honored with multiple awards, scholarships, and professional distinctions.
Now, as the Executive Director of Chamberlain Hunt American Academy, Dr. Paudel brings this breadth of experience to a dynamic learning community. He oversees curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student engagement, ensuring that every learner has the support and inspiration needed to thrive. With fluency in five languages and a deep commitment to bridging cultures, Dr. Paudel’s vision is to make Chamberlain Hunt a place where students grow academically, personally, and globally—preparing them not only for success in school, but also for leadership in the world beyond it.

Dr. Khan is a medical professional and international education specialist with experience in both healthcare and academia. He earned his MBBS from Shandong First University, China, in 2011 and trained at Shifa International Hospital, Pakistan (2011–2015), before serving as a Health Care Officer at Milton Park Hospital, Brookdale, UK (2015–2017).
In the field of academia, Dr. Khan has worked with numerous universities and colleges, building strong networks and fostering academic collaborations. In his current role as International Academic Coordinator for the South East Asian Region at Chamberlain Hunt American Academy, he leads initiatives to strengthen educational outreach, promote global partnerships, and support international students.

Ms. Wanda Robinson
Wanda Robinson is a seasoned and committed Instructional Coach and Educational Administrator, recognized for her expertise in enhancing student achievement through targeted teacher training, strategic professional development, and data-informed decision-making. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in the same field. Certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards and the NCEE Certificate of Achievement, Wanda has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in curriculum design, classroom observation, and cultivating collaborative learning environments. Her professional experience spans roles as an Instructional Coach and Administrator, Social Studies Teacher, Mathematics Instructor, and ELA Facilitator. Honored with accolades such as Teacher of the Year, she exemplifies unwavering dedication to educational excellence and leadership.
Mr. Charles Davin
A proud graduate of Chamberlain Hunt Academy, Class of 1975, He spent five formative years as a boarding student, during which his younger sister and brother also joined the school at various times.
Chamberlain Hunt provided a sanctuary from a challenging home environment, allowing him to thrive academically and athletically. The school also fostered enduring friendships and strong connections with both peers and faculty—relationships that remain meaningful to this day.
The warmth and generosity,he experienced from the local community inspired him to make Mississippi his lifelong home. He is now retired in Pearl, Mississippi.He is an active member of the Chamberlain Hunt Alumni Association
Prof.Dr. Vladimir Jakovljevic
Dr. Vladimir Jakovljevic is Professor and Head of Cardiovascular Research Laboratory, Faculty of Medical Sciences University of Kragujevac, Serbia. Dr. Jakovljevic completed his PhD in 2004 at the University of Kragujevac and specialization in Clinical Physiology in 2005 at the University of Belgrade. His main research interest is cardiovascular (patho)physiology with focus on the role of oxidative stress and reactive species in the progression of cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Jakovljevic is highly dedicated to education of students of medicine, pharmacy,
dentistry and postdoctoral students, to whom unselfishly transfer knowledge from the areas of his expertise, using an interdisciplinary approach, thus providing a strong intellectual basis for future medical doctors, pharmacists, dentists and young investigators. Dr. Jakovljevic was elected in 2018 as Dean of the Faculty of Medical Science for a term of 3 years and re-elected in 2021. for 3 more years. The Council of the Faculty of Medical
Sciences unanimously elected Dr. Jakovljevic in view of his exceptional successes as previous Vice-dean for the Pharmacy Department. The Faculty of Medical Sciences under the leadership of Dr. Vladimir Jakovljevic continued to flourish with new scientific and educational heights. Since 2019 University of Kragujevac is selected on Shanghai list as a best in the region (except University for Medicine and Pharmacy “Carfol Davila”, Bucarest, Romania) in the field of Clinical Medicine. His main legacy in education is establishment of studies in English at Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Kragujevac. In 2013 he was elected the President of the Serbian Physiological Society, served ‘till 2023.
Mr.Jason Guthrie
Mr.Jason Guthrie has served as the Agent at Claiborne County Farm Bureau since 2023. Before assuming his current position in Port Gibson, he built an extensive career as a football coach and educator across several states, including Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
A native of Franklin, Kentucky, Mr. Guthrie graduated from Franklin-Simpson High School in 1992. He later earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kentucky Wesleyan College, after which he taught at various high schools in Kentucky and Tennessee. His passion for both education and athletics eventually led him to San Antonio, Texas, where he joined Trinity University as a football coach. During his tenure there, he earned a Master of Education degree from Trinity University in 2006
Prof.Dr. Zhongquan Qi
Prof.Dr. Zhongquan Qi (Born October 4, 1960) is a distinguished Chinese surgeon, educator, and researcher with permanent residence in Sweden. He currently serves as the Chief Scientist at the Center for Cell Medicine of the Fujian Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital and as a University Council Member at Guangxi University. Dr. Qi previously held several prominent leadership positions, including Dean of the Medical School at Guangxi University and Vice Dean of the Medical School at Xiamen University (2006–2017). He is also the Founder and Honorary Director of the Organ Transplantation Institute at Xiamen University and Honorary Director of the Key Laboratory for Organ and Tissue Regeneration of Fujian Province.
Recognized as an Outstanding Talent of the Guangxi Autonomous Region, Dr. Qi has served as Chairman of the Fujian Anti-Cancer Alliance, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Chief Surgeon. His academic and professional journey spans over four decades, marked by pioneering research in organ transplantation, post-transplant rejection management, immune tolerance induction, and the development of novel immunosuppressive therapies. In recent years, his focus has expanded to include stem cell research, tissue engineering, and animal cloning for xenotransplantation.
Dr. Qi earned his Bachelor of Medicine from Harbin Medical University (1979–1984) and his Ph.D. in Surgery from Lund University, Sweden (1995–1999), followed by postdoctoral research at Malmö University Hospital (1999–2001). He has held key academic and clinical positions at Harbin Medical University, Lund University, Xiamen University, and Guangxi University. Dr. Qi’s illustrious career bridges clinical excellence, scientific innovation, and academic leadership, making him one of the most respected figures in the field of organ transplantation and regenerative medicine.
Prof.Dr Wei Xianggang
Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education, is a Professor and Master’s Supervisor at Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Guangxi Normal University, was a Visiting Scholar at the Medical English Research Unit of Xi’an Medical University, pursued postgraduate studies in Public Administration at Beijing Normal University, and served as a Visiting Scholar at the School of Education of Peking University and Virginia Commonwealth University, USA. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education from University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Philippines.
Prof. Wei has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office, Deputy Director of the University President’s Office, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office, Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs Office, Dean of the International Education College, and Dean of the School of Language and Culture.
His professional affiliations include serving as Vice Chair of the National Medical Foreign Language Group of the Chinese Medical Association’s Medical Education Society, member of the National Medical Translation Talent Expert Database, and member of the Medical English Examination Expert Panel under the Ministry of Education’s Examination Center.
Prof. Wei has led two Guangxi education reform projects and received one Second Prize and one Third Prize in the Guangxi Higher Education Autonomous Region Teaching Achievement Awards. He has directed six provincial-level projects, including “Research on the Excavation, Compilation, and Translation of Folk Handwritten Medical Manuscripts of the Zhuang Ethnic Group in Baise, Guangxi.” Additionally, he was a key participant (ranked third) in a Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund project.He has published three translated works, including The Amazing and Interesting World of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Toronto Education Press, 2021), and contributed to three other translations, such as Cecil Textbook of Medicine (10th Edition, co-translated under Bai Yongquan).
With over 20 years of experience in education and international affairs management, Prof. Wei was honored as one of the university’s inaugural “Top Ten Inspirational Figures of Youjiang Medical University” and received the title of “Management Expert”.
